Rental Policies

Please read these terms and conditions CAREFULLY.  They govern your agreement to rent from us.  If you have any questions regarding these terms, please Contact Us.

Rental price of inflatables and concessions are for a total of 8 hours in a given day. If inflatable or concession rentals pass the 8 hour period, another days rental will be added to your invoice cost.

Jump City USA LLC reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment.  Refunds will be given only if cancellation is received 3 days prior to the event or weather conditions are unacceptable.

Jump City USA will not setup equipment in rain, high wind, snow, or muddy conditions. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternative indoor location for your event (such as a church or school gym).  In the event of the possibility of bad / cold weather, you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event and receive a refund of your deposit.  If you choose to have us come out and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, mud) you will forfeit your deposit.

Once setup, the full amount of the rental is non – refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.

We provide Free delivery, set up and take down within 30 miles of our stocking location. There will be an additional charge of $3.00 per mile after 30 miles.

Distances 60 miles or more pricing will be determined at time of contract.

Mileage calculations are based on information provided by www.mapquest.com.

Insurance Policy

Our goal of providing entertainment and a first class rental experience are followed by our commitment to your SAFETY. Jump City USA LLC has made a commitment to safe operation by fully insuring all of our inflatable bouncers in accordance with, and exceeding, the State of Ohio minimum requirements.

Referral Policy 

Receive a $30.00 discount on your next rental for each paying customer that you refer to us.

ADDITIONAL RULES

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL RULES:

• No flips or somersaults.
• Do not bounce or play near the opening of the bounce house.
• No sitting or lying in the bounce house.
• Keep all pets away from the bounce house.
• Keep all children away from the blower and power cords.
• Do not unplug the bounce house while occupants/ riders are inside.
• Do not attempt to move or unstake the bounce house.
• Do not use the bounce house under the following conditions, or if they develop: (high winds, exceeding 15 mph, power outage, if bounce house becomes wet for whatever reason, bounce house is punctured).
