Private Party FAQ’s
If you are booking a Private Party with us, please refer to the following Private Party FAQ’s for answers to commonly asked questions among our guests. If you have a question that is not answered below, please feel free to contact us.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
We require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to reschedule your party. Your party must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 14 days of your party date, you will lose your deposit. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry no exceptions).
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my guest are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, your schedule booked time will still end at scheduled time. If your guest arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guests to your party.
Can I use my own decorations or paper products in the private party room?
You are welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party room, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Can I bring my own goodie bags or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our Jump City USA goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring your own balloons. We will be happy to inflate them for you for $1.00 per (regular latex) balloon.
Are there any additional items that I need to bring to the party room?
If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving utensil, candles, and a lighter (no matches please).
