Open Jump Birthday Parties (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Our party packages cover all of your party needs including courtesy set-up and clean-up, invitations for your guests, a dedicated Jump City USA party host, drinks, paper plates, cups, tablecloth and utensils.
Deposit: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Open Jump Birthday Party: A $50.00 deposit is required for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday parties. There is a cost of $25.00 per child for every child over your party package count. The private party deposit is $100.00.
Cancellation: NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS. If you need to cancel your party, you have the option to change your party date to any future date, based off availability. No refunds of deposits are made for any reason.
All Open Jump Birthday Parties Are A Total Of 2 Hours. Parties arriving after their scheduled start time will not have their time extended. If you would like to extend your birthday party to the next time slot, please call to see if its available at 877-755-2489 or 216-626-8000. Any additional child over your party package the price is $25.00 per child.
Private Children Birthday Parties: NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS All private parties are 2- 5 hours Monday – Friday, and the last time slot on Saturdays.
Extending Party Room hours: Open Jump Birthday parties: Additional time in the party room is $150 per hour after the initial booking for open jump birthday parties. If the next party slot is available, you can book the next time slot online. You will pay $50 for the deposit to reserve the next time slot. If you decide to stay for the last final hour in the time slot, you will pay the balance inside of the building.

(Monday-Friday & Last time slot on Saturdays.- All PRIVATE PARTIES must be booked inside of our facility. We have private packages starting with 15, 20, 25, and unlimited kid packages. We have 2, 3 and 4 hour private party rental times. Give us a call to inquire about packages.

Sign Your Waiver Online
At Jump City USA, we want to make playtime fun for your children, and especially easy for the parents. From walk in open play, to birthday parties you can save our staff time in line by filling out your waivers before you come in the door. We have convenient online features to assist you in signing your waivers. All children entering the facility must sign a waiver whether they are participating or not! (Infants, toddlers, preteens, teens)
Birthday Parties: The birthday king/queen, plus their invited guests must have a registered waiver on file to enter the facility.
Open Play: All children participating in open play must have a waiver on file.
Adults: All parents who are physically participating in the inflatable arena with your child you must have a waiver on file.
After completion of your waiver, you’ll be good to go when you enter the facility. Thank you and enjoy some the best indoor, active play around!
