Let Jump City USA’s staff take care of your child’s birthday party. Our staff is committed to providing your king/queen with a party that they will never forget!

Pick a party level of your choice and let Jump City USA take care of you and your guest! Enjoy 2 full hours of party fun. We will provide a party package to include everything you need for your perfect party experience in a safe and clean environment.

Here’s how to get the most out of your experience:

1. Choose a printable invitation to give to your guests.
2. Arrive on time; and
3. Let us take care of the rest, Jump City Style!

Our party packages cover all of your party needs including courtesy set-up and clean-up, invitations for your guests, a dedicated Jump City USA party host, drinks, paper plates, cups, tablecloth and utensils.

Deposit:  All DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!  A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required for the Silver, Gold and Platinum Parties. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for the reserve a table party.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your child’s birthday party for whatever reason, you do have the opportunity to change the date to a future date, due to availability. However, there will be no refunds on any deposits. 

All Birthday Parties Are A Total Of 2 Hours. Parties arriving after their scheduled start time will not have their time extended. If you would like to extend your birthday party to the next time slot, please call to see if its available.

Extending Party Room hours: It’s $150.00 per hour to extend your party time after the initial booking. If the party room is available, you must book the next time slot, and pay another deposit for the additional time. The balance of the time slot will be paid inside of our facility.

At Jump City USA, we want to make playtime fun for your children, and especially easy for the parents. From walk in open play, to birthday parties you can save our staff time in line by filling out your waivers before you come in the door. We have convenient online features to assist you in signing your waivers. All children entering the facility must sign a waiver whether they are participating or not! (Infants, toddlers, preteens, teens)

Birthday Parties: The birthday king/queen, plus their invited guests must have a registered waiver on file to enter the facility.

Open Play: All children participating in open play must have a waiver on file.

Adults: All parents who are physically participating in the inflatable arena with your child you must have a waiver on file.

After completion of your waiver, you’ll be good to go when you enter the facility. Thank you and enjoy some the best indoor, active play around!
